Return Policy

At Mission Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested cosmetic products.

We may accept returns for products that are:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at missionbeautycosmetics@yahoo.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened cosmetic products
  • Used cosmetic products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
