Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Locations
Mission Beauty currently ships only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available where offered by the carrier
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Mission Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Mission Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist with any information needed to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Orders
We carefully package all products to help ensure they arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at missionbeautycosmetics@yahoo.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the situation and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
